Yesterday was pretty fun. I played halo with rahul, jawad, patrice, and erich. Everyone else could not come, or i could not get a hold of. Oh well. Then my friend Dustin (not d-rizzle) came over and we played more halo. I watched the Lakers beat the pistons in overtime, and btw, luke walton played magnificently. If it were not for him, the lakers probably would have lost that game. BUT THEY WON!

Today was a very good day even though i did not see any of my friends, and the funeral procession for Ronald Reagan was today. I woke up at noon to a rainy day and felt good. I love it when it rains. I just stared outside for 15 minutes until i realized that i had to go to KUMC in Wichita at 1:15. So i got ready and reached there on time. Once i got there, i met up with this awesome professor, and she talked to me about the options for research that i could do. I chose to do one that involves teaching nurses and physicians to look for signs of smoking in patients, and recomend to them that they should stop using various techniques. It really sounds interesting, and would keep me busy for atleast the summer. Ill be doing it every tuesday and friday from 10 to 5. After that, i went to the dentists, and got my teeth cleaned. When i got home, i heard the message on my answering machine; it had recorded a message from some lady at best buy that wants to interview me for a job! That would be awesome if i could get a job there! So we will see how that goes. I was watching TV after that and the Reagan funeral procession was on from 4:30 to around 7;00. it was crazy detailed. I really was not as sad as some of those people that were on tv. This would probably result from the fact that i was born when he was president, and therefore not remember anything that he did in office. It is tragic, however that he had to suffer through alzheimer's disease. On a lighter note, around 8:30, i had recieved another call, this time from all-star sports, saying that they would like to interview me as well! yes!

I think that today will probably affect how the rest of my summer will turn out.
