the weekend is here...
Oooooh, I am soooooo excited for this weekend. As many of you may know, Halloween is my faaaaaaavorite holiday and the weekend of ghouls and goblins is finally here!
Tonight, we are leaving for WMU because it is Homecoming weekend and we have to start tailgaiting early :-)
Then tomorrow night is our big Halloween party. I am resurrecting that Marilyn Monroe costume again for the second year in a row. One, it doesn't matter because I will be with entirely different people than last year so no one will have ever seen it. And two, I added a little touch to it making it totally rad. Wow, I just said rad, but I don't care, it is. I have one of those little mini fans that I have attached to the inside of my thigh that blows up the front of the dress. HAHA - how f'n sweet is that?
Then Sunday, it is Joey's 28th birthday. I keep telling him that he is getting old so he proceeds to tease me that I just got my license yesterday so I guess we are even.
Ever notice how life resembles the weather sometimes? One day, it is storming, thunder and lightening like crazy, winds whipping, and you just don't want to leave the house. Then, you wake up the next day, the sun is shining, it's warm out, not a cloud in the sky and you are so much happier than you were the day before. I have perma-grin lately, and I absolutely love it.
