Empire released their list of 50 greatest TV shows, apparently voted on by readers. There are some notable omissions from the list (like M*A*S*H*).
Rules for the meme:
1. Bold the shows you've watched every episode of, or as near as makes no difference.
2. Italic the shows you've seen at least some episodes of.
(Evidently, I am a sci-fi geek and I hate mainstream shows that everyone else likes.)
50. Quantum Leap
49. Prison Break (It was one of the few shows I could watch during my three-channel weeks in Ireland. This and Grey's Anatomy. ...Those few weeks kind of sucked.)
48. Veronica Mars
47. Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (Not that I remember them, but I know I watched them)
46. Sex & The City
45. Farscape
44. Cracker
43. Star Trek
42. Only Fools and Horses
41. Band of Brothers
40. Life on Mars (I'd really like to get my hands on the sequel, Ashes to Ashes)

38. Curb Your Enthusiasm
37. Star Trek: The Next Generation
36. Father Ted
35. Alias

33. CSI: Las Vegas (Up until the last few seasons, which basically don't count since CSI jumped the shark with Grissom/Sarah)
32. Babylon 5
31. Deadwood
30. Dexter (I watched the first episode and decided I couldn't watch anymore because Michael C. Hall CREEPED ME OUT after being used to seeing him as David from Six Feet Under.)
29. ER (I stopped watching this, but I might as well have bolded it since it hasn't had many new plot lines since the six years ago when I stopped watching it.)
28. Fawlty Towers
27. Six Feet Under (Season and a half to go until the infamous EVERYONE DIES, LET'S BAWL OUR EYES OUT episode.)
26. Red Dwarf (Oh, PBS with my dad...)
25. Futurama
24. Twin Peaks
23. The Office UK
22. The Shield
21. Angel (I stopped watching when he had a kid. I can't really redeem myself from this anyways, though...)

17. South Park
16. Doctor Who [new one]
16a. Doctor Who [old one]
14. Firefly

13a. Battlestar Galactica [old one]
12. Family Guy
11. Seinfeld (Nope. Never seen an episode of Seinfeld.)
10. Spaced
09. The X-Files (We even watched the spinoff with the Gunmen...what can I say? I was raised on sci-fi)
08. The Wire
07. Friends (I mean, who hasn't? Of course, one could feasibly say that for Seinfeld, as well...)
06. 24
04. The West Wing
03. The Sopranos
02. Buffy the Vampire Slayer
01. The Simpsons
