Things that are Yay:
+ Over $1000 in MSU refunds that I can use in Ireland
+ Finally getting the "scholarship" for my program
+ HOT FUZZ. OMG.
+ HEROES. OMG.
+ HEROES CHAT. LULZ.
+ Chocolates filled with "Bailey's"
+ Being awesome and cooking dinner for most of this week.
+ Rent being about $50 cheaper than I figured it being next year.
+ Delicious and corny British sci-fi ("DOCTOOOOOOOOOOOOOR!!")
+ Sleeping/lazing about until noonish everyday
Things that are Not-As-Yay:
- Realizing that, while I got that refund money, I will eventually have to pay it back because it's all from loans D:
- Having nearly $300 taken out of my "scholarship" because they actually paid me for being a "research aide" and not just giving me the damn $1500.
- Shrek 3 was sold out. In Clio. Buh?
- My need for a second job (preferably evening/night hours) to support my non-dorm lifestyle.
- I woke up at 7:30 this morning (after going to bed after 2am) under the assumption I would go home after helping my mum set up for the church bake sale. It was freaking cold and windy and I actually stayed until noon thirty.
- My room continues to be frigid.
- My sister gets angry that my mom occasionally gives me a wine cooler, after asking me to go down to Mount Clemens and drink with her. Sorry love, Mom bitched at you for drinking WHEN YOU WERE SIXTEEN. I drink WINE COOLERS and maybe even A GLASS OF WINE. I'm not gulping down Bacardis and Sprite. I also tell her when I drink. I may seem an alcoholic, but it's ONE or TWO and not a FIFTH. Also, I would have punched your husband for talking to you that way. /brother-in-law anger
- Probable allergies to everything outside and half of everything inside *sneeze sneeze snot*
- My snogging needs and my desire to not snog the only one who seems to be wanting it.
