I am evidently not smart enough, not poor enough, and not qualified enough to merit scholarships from the OSA. The way things are going, not the HC either.
And I've got a hold on my account because of the $100 application fee and $30 early move-in fee (which I shouldn't have been charged for if my boss had done her goddamn job), and I can't pay it unless I beg my parents for the money or wait for two weeks and be broke after I get paid. I haven't even started the savings account I was going to start about a month ago after I got my tax refund because it's been going out the window (cell phone bill, prescription that rose $15 from last month-- bastards-- new flash drive, clothes, etc.)
Fuck this, I'm going to read.
Hopefully HAMS won't reject me like everything else.
