cancellation periods
I knew back in april that the 24 hour cancellation period for booked shifts would prove problematic for night shift cancellations.
Cancel tomorrows day shift at 4.30pm and its well within the ideal 0 - 12 hour cancellation period.
Cancel tomorrows night shift (due to start at 7pm) at 4.30pm today and we dont even get the lesser 12 - 24 hour cancellation payment.
I suppose I should be glad that its the first time it has happened since the new contract started... sigh
