Sooo, our Aikido Sensei has organised a visit to the Dojo from Sensei Steve Miranda from Sacramento USA.
I was feeling out of sorts on Tuesday night and didnt go but thoroughly enjoyed a good 3 hour session on Wednesday night. After all its not every day that you are taught by a Godan.
