Hi Steve, I can't see (nor do I remember) the post to which you are referring, but legal threats against my free expression of opinion aren't a good way to get me to do anything.
I imagine that the post probably was something about how I wondered what happened to you, that you were a Nazi scum-bag in high school and I was surprised you hadn't gone all Columbine or tried to blow up a synagogue. That's speculation, not a false statement presented as fact. There are no inaccurate statements there, so I think your lawyer will probably advise you to not waste your time and money.
I haven't seen or heard from you in what, about 15 years? I'm sure you're aware that I've made contact again with Neil, and I suspect that has led to this somehow. Obviously Neil is a very different person than he was the last time I heard from the two of you. I haven't yet had the opportunity to get together with him to hear his story. I know that people change, and you might not be (probably aren't?) a racist, Nazi scumbag anymore, and if you're not then I genuinely congratulate you.
However, the fact of the matter is that when we were in high school together, you paid me to use my computer to print material from white supremacist organizations, you sought out and possessed instructions for building bombs and things, and you expressed a bizarre obsession with Selma Hayek's character in the film Desperado, which you liked to watch while leering and growling about the "mestizo whore."
In short, you were a piece of shit and I'm ashamed to have let you into my home (particularly since you carved a swastika in the back of my totally awesome skull ashtray) and doubly ashamed that I sold you access to hate materials for the price of cigarettes. Own who you were and don't bother trying to deny it.
