Election Day
I'm sure you've heard this from everyone everywhere on the internet today but if you're a U.S. citizen and still can, go vote! It's important, and it feels good to contribute.
I missed voting in the last presidential election by about 3 months (I was so pissed off) because I wasn't old enough, so I am excited today to be a part of this election!
My plans for the evening include being anxiously glued to my television and watching the election coverage (even though I think right now the coverage is just making me more nervous...).
(Yes, that is an old icon from the 2008 election, I don't have any from this one, but the candidate I want to win is the same so I felt it worked anyways.)
