Arthur reminds me of Jack Bass.
It came to mind in both scenes. The first time, I thought it was Jack spying on Chuck to kick off the Bass drama for the second half of the season. The second time, well, he still looks like Jack all too pleased with his little nephew!
Also, I have no idea what the correct spelling of the wine is, I just inferred based on Google searches.
