If the show really only does run seven seasons, we may never see it (then again, knowing Stars Hollow time, maybe we could). The closest we've gotten were a dream in 3.01 and a near miss in 5.21. How about Written in the stars by gilmoregirl1979... LL got together shortly after their first meeting in the diner then Luke adopts Rory later on...
