Don't get me started on meta-thinking. I do it so frequently that I notice it within a few seconds, start thinking about *that*, which is meta-meta-thinking, logically extrapolates that it can keep adding metas indefinitely, thus creating an infinite meta-thinking series. This, of course, is meta-(meta-series)-thinking, to which one can do the same, and you can keep adding more layers like a fractal forever. Eventually my brain gets tired of this and thinks of cake.
Leather working is fun! The tools are very cheap, and if you're doing small projects, the leather can be scraps, which is also cheap.
Oh, yes meta-thinking has a way of getting out of control. Usually doesn't take me long before I start to think about my meta-thinking either which is where I soon wish I could stop. ;)
Oh, yes, it is. :D I have only done little(did a bit back in boarding school(efterskole)), but I'd like to get more done and really get into it. What I have done so far has been with scraps, but I'm thinking about a couple of projects where there isn't scraps large enough for it in the hobby shops. We'll see when I get around to that.
Yeah, that sounds good. :D I will definitely come to Århus now and then, since my mom and siblings live there. So the question is just when I think I have the economy for it. :P
Hmm, flee markeds... hadn't thought about that. I'll have to keep it in mind.
If you do the meta-meta-meta-thinking chain long enough, you should set up a static hum in your grain of zen-taoism. Or maybe the studio just went off the air for lack of programming and now you're stuck with the UHF blues...
Lol. ;) I don't think I want to meta-meta-meta-think about anything. I just risk my mind going *zoing!* and then it'd end up broken. :P (besides it's way too early for meta-thinking; only 7.30 am).

Depending on what your projects are, you may also want to check out second hand stores and flea markets for leather items.
