I found Lego Blog pretty much by accident (while looking for Dr. Who lunchboxes for my youngest sister, actually), and discovered that it has some pretty neat stuff. For instance, they have
a Lego Stormtrooper minifig made out of paper ("minifig" is the technical term for those little Lego dudes, a fact I learned by reading Microserfs), adorable tiny
Transformers (and yes, they do transform, and in accordance with the original series, Optimus Prime's trailer appears from nowhere), and some
Lego fine art (mostly Photoshopped, but still neat; my favorite is the Mona Lisa).

Cake Wrecks. The tagline is "When professional cakes go horribly, hilariously wrong," and it's oh-so-true. Some of these could win at the Ugly Cake Contest at the Iowa State Fair (which I will be going to sometime this month; whoo!). I think
these two might be my favorites, even though the one in the second link isn't too ugly.
And now, a helpful tip: when making chocolate cookies, if the recipe calls for four tablespoons of cocoa, you should probably not put in four tablespoons of cinnamon instead. Whoops. (I made a second batch, properly, and those were delicious.)
