IUD heaven is more like

Hell-o. So the IUD is in me. Twisting my insides. Causing cramps that most women only experience in childbirth. My abdomen, uterus, back and legs are all cramping. I got the worst possible scenario with the cramping. It is called labor cramping. However, the fact that I am cramping probably means that since it was put in, it hasn't fallen out. :-) With the amount of drugs I have taken, I didnt finish a paper and go to class. I did philosophy instead. I think that cramping and philosophy deserve eachother. As far as that goes, I think I may have a better understanding from what I read in the book today than anyone who has tried to help me. And then again, I may bomb the homework...again. Let us hope not.

All I really want to say is

"Owww, fuckin' A" and "No, I actually don't have to take a shit, and yes I am actually hungry even though I feel sick" to my goddamn body.
