Beyond Exhausted
School starts tomorrow.
My classroom is still a mess.
I will be heading back over shortly to finish up what needs to be done for tomorrow. It's slowly starting to come together. Most of the teaching stuff is organized, bulleton boards are done, class list finalized (perhaps) and books on shelves. I still haven't done a seating plan or figured out exactly what I'm doing tomorrow... but the night is still young.
I am utterly knackered, but it is unlikely I will sleep solidly tonight. I never do before the first day with students. Still, reading 'Master' into the wee hours probably isn't a good plan. I kinda wish it had arrived on Friday instead.
Oooh, and I'm having a jiao zi party on Friday evening. Well, jiao zi with baklava for afters... we just need to have some vodka to bridge the gap and it will be a transcontinental meal!
