Home for a rest

I went to fiddle camp at Norway House this past weekend. It was a blast and I was only ready to throttle a couple of the students, so all is well. The instructors were great and the school is nice and fairly new. Most of it went off well, aside from being forgotton at the airport for about half an hour.

The instructors were great and I leaned a bunch of new tunes. Gordon Stobbe's arrangements are great and I'm going to buy a couple of his books when I'm out east this summer. I've got plenty of pieces to keep me busy.

I was able to make my massage/accupuncture appointment when I got back and had a lovely chat with the lady. My shoulder feels pretty amazing for all the excessive fiddling I've done this weekend. However, I'm still low on sleep. Chaperoning 19 giggling girls for three nights is exhausting!
