3rd effort (this time I was smart enough to copy before I hit enter)
I typed out a huge, long praise about my weekend, and when I went to post it, it didn't work because for some reason on my parent's computer the date is set for 2002 on this page, so it wouldn't take. So, you get the shortened version.
Blessing #1: It snowed on Friday and Sunday, but Saturday was sunny, beautiful, and possibly even in the 50's. Thank you, Lord!
Blessing #2: I bought a shower curtain, hooks, rug, soap dispenser, two nice towels, two hand towels, two wash cloths, and a $60.00 silverware set, all for $44.00. The blessing is that my cable bill was adjusted, and the difference was $44.00----so all those items fit into my budget without dipping into my extra cash.
Blessing #3: My uncle is almost always up north on the weekends, and he happened to be home this weekend, which was perfect because we needed his F150 to move my big couch.
My friends are wonderful. My brother and sister-in-law are wonderful, and my niece is wonderful--even when she steps in cheese and spreads it all over the carpet in my new apartment.
But most of all, My God is wonderful. He has blessed me beyond what I could have ever expected, and so often I fail to praise him, in word, and more importantly, in the way I live.
