Raphael's doing well enough that he no longer needs IV fluids. His antibiotic is now also being given orally - a doctor came in last night to listen to his lungs and determined that oral antibiotics were sufficient. He no longer has any IV, or any tubes attaching him to anything.
Raphael also slept for four hour segments, instead of the previous one or two hours, which makes both Raphael and Tao much more rested.
Tao's doing pretty well. She's got reading material here, and is generally occupied with Raphael, since he's pretty demanding.
Tao tells me that Rapahel is now too energetic. She would love help restraining him when she changes his diaper.
I should probably head out of the hospital and resume packing at home soon, since we have a flight on November twenty-second. I just found out that Deutsche Bahn will take our bags from our door to the airport for around fifteen Euros per bag. That's a lot more convenient than renting a car. It does take about two days, so we'll need to have everything packed in advance.
Oh, and if you're wondering why I'm not using actual digits, blame Opera for the Nokia seven seventy. It apparently grabs keystroke events at a lower level than it should, and my bluetooth keyboard's two extra function keys don't work - this keyboard is very small and doesn't have separate numbers, so you need to press FN-T to get the number five.
