My seatpost was finally wiggled loose. No more looking like an oversized person riding and undersized bike!
Travel plans for this summer were discussed at length. Mattie leaves for the summer in three days for Santa Fe. Scott leaves in late July for DC and ultimately, Austin TX for Grad School. I'm planning on disappearing to both of those places for at least a couple days en route to San Francisco this August. I'm hoping, too, that we can swing by and see Ryan and his son in Phoenix. I think about Ryan every day. Remember when he lived next door?
Where is my home away from home?
My first week with my new job has ended. I'm on my one day off before another six day work week begins tomorrow. It's difficult, the work, but I'm enjoying being away from Frankie for it. For no reason other than comming home to him after a long day is unbeatable.
Today, a job fair. A bicycle ride.
