Okay.

Enough is enough.

I have to say it:

LEGGINGS do NOT make an immodest outfit MODEST, people. If you wear a teeny tiny denim skirt, it's still a teeny tiny denim skirt if you throw leggings on under it. Leggings are glorified TIGHTS. Tights are, well, TIGHT. As are leggings. Wear 'em patterned, solid, striped, plaid I don't give a rip. But PLEASE don't think that you are donning the equivalent of pants when you pull on those leggings. I can still see your peek-a-boo ass cheeks and contours of your thighs. *shudder*

Speaking of pants, there are also some pants that seem to be falling in the the "less like pants, more like leggings" category. They are "slim" jeans, but are basically denim leggings with back pockets and a front zipper. Outfitted with a nice "stretch feature" they basically look like you wore regular jeans, but washed them on extra hot and dried them on extra high while you were still wearing them. Also, not so cute.

Girls, there is simply no need to show off all your goods.

Thank god I'm not the parent of a 14 year old right now and let's all pray that this "fashion" hasn't come back around by the time that I am, because some little girl will be wearing burlap to school.
