top 5 reasons why 2nd avenue is ghetto:
1.) a recent shooting just feet from my apartment
2.) the fact that a man was burned alive in his apartment and nothing has been done to repair the charred remains of what was once the poor mans residence
3.) the bums that make a living by digging through our complex's dumpster and retrieving valuables.
4.) when sketchy house that was inhabited by "the mexicans" (as neighborhood children referred to them as) whose chickens would escape into our apartment complex move out and are replaced by a large Asian gang who have converted the place into a crackhouse.
5.) when your neighbor's Kia Sportage is broken into and the "valuables" are stolen: a tape deck and a couple burned CDs. CDs included "Xuans Greatest Hits" and "Now That's What I Call Legally Downloaded Music Vol. 1."
