I'm new here, so I'm posting my aims *grin*

-to slim out and feel more confident, get rid of some of my selfconsciousness
-to tone up my arms, legs (big thighs ugh) and get rid of the belly fat
-to get in shape for karate
-to improve stamina and strength
-to lose a stone, but as i'll be gaining muscle, to lose what feels like a stone of fat :D

hopefully this'll get me going.
