Mini Update:
Been on a gym hiatus so that I could use all my avaible time and devote it fully to my 6 classes (which are almost over…. Praise jebus)
Went back today, did about an hour and 30 minutes of cardio - did all of my weights, and then I rode my bike on home.
New things that I am trying to expedite my weight loss goal is rollerblading to work on the nights when I close and can possible get a ride home. I tell you… my glutes were on FIRE when I got to work… it hurt so good :)… I like the burn - means fat is on it’s way out.
I feel a little lighter, much healthier, and I think my face is starting not to look quite as pieish (and for some strange reason have a strong desire to dance….random :) I think I’ll just have to stick to my dance dancing though). The legs are still slowly defining themselves and my arms are following suite. Now I just need to tackle the tummy and the sides and I’ll be straight.
I would like to start playing DDR again since it helped me slim down when I was younger. I just need the three S’s: Stamina - Speed - and then one day some style (haha).
Other then that, been eating healthy, only pigging out on skittles every once and a while, and only eating out when I have to.
All in all: It’s all good. 41 more pounds to go.
I never posted a picture of myself here because I didn’t have any recent ones and a majority of you are friends of mine who know what I look like, but since I like the pic so much and want to follow suite and show some progress to everyone later on here is what i look like right now ( or my beefy ass arm anyway hahah):
