While the extended nap of some days ago was certainly refreshing, I cannot consider it ample compensation for recent days' complete inability to sleep at all. This manner of deprivation is unusually cruel and utterly unacceptable. I do not comprehend why we stand for it. Paltry half-measures. If you were truly diligent, you would exercise when you were asleep, as well.

Paltry nothing! When I sleep it is because my body needs rest, and it then prepares for more training the next day!

Only if you count the amount of hours you spend with your eyes closed, sleeping, which takes no effort. If you are speaking of effort, then I am certain I have trained harder than you at what I do.
