The Plan: idk....don't go over on calories? My hip hurts. I don' t know what to do.
Did I do it?: Didn't exercise. I really didn't have time anyway so it worked out better for me. I only went over on calories by 53 so that's pretty darn good, I'd say. My hip was feeling somewhat better by the end of the night so maybe I can work out tomorrow?
Misc: :-( Sore hip. I've hurt it before, a couple years ago. Just a simple strain, but still very annoying. I don't want to be out of commission. I want to exercise. Depending on how it feels, I may or may not exercise today. If I do, I'll cardio as much as I can without hurting it and then do weight training. We'll see how it goes. Anyone know what I should do?
