What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything! He's not exactly the most secret of super heroes... what with the mer-person stuff and all. Calling him by his real name if he hasn't told you already could definitely cause issues though, so do so at your own risk.
Abilities: Superior strength and above average speed. He can control water (forming it into weapons, shields etc.) and discharge electricity through his tattoos. The tattoos glow when he's using his powers! He can breathe underwater (gils!) and presumably talk to sea creatures just like Aquaman.
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: Used to mental intrusion! Very focused on his goals and rarely distracted from what he's doing. Might be thinking about Atlantis...
