UNLV school of nursing rejected my ass for fall semester. whomp whomp whooooomp. I wasn't surprised though because I haven't finished all my prereqs for their program. Damn those overachievers who finished everything before they applied. I think the only thing I am a little mad about is now I have to take 2 more classes for NSC before I can be accepted into their program also. So fall semester I am going to be stuck with communications 101, since they won't accept my Women's studies class for a humanities course, and medical terminology. I still plan on applying to UNLV for spring also, but now it comes down to whatever school takes me first will be the one I go to. I am not waiting anymore than a semester. I don't know if I really want to go to NSC for nursing though. Its a damn warehouse and the people that go there are sometimes a little more weird than I would like. Oh well, as long as I walk out with a degree then I really could care less. UNLV better accept me for spring...I can't afford the gas to go to NSC everyday.
