This entry is a picture resume of Nov.27th 2008: day I spent in Montreal with friends. A simple but utopic day. To be completly honest, it's the happiest I've felt this year so far. I can label it "Best day of 2008". Some may say it's a bit sad that I haven't experienced anything else that made me feel as happy this year.. but I try to see the bright side: I had ONE day full of awesomeness... I feel lucky. ♥ I'm sure some people haven't had that chance.

We took a walk, did some shopping and got some teas before heading
to the openning of Fabesko's art gallery l'Aspirine
We stopped at the new USINE106U (Now located at 160 Roy east. Almost facing their old location. Next to Else's)
I took a picture of mimi_traillette's giant octopus.
Then as we got out of USINE106U we found a beautiful but dangerous creature...
MY WORST ENEMY! o__O; ??? ♥ Edith!!! veelan ♥
Enemy? Yes & No... Back in 2006~2007 I think she would've gladly sliced my throat. Why? I won't get into the whole detailed story, but basically: her ex was cheating on her with me (I had been madly in love/addicted to the boy for many many months previous to their relationship.) After months of lies, headgames and heartbreak an incident happened that "woke me up". I knew I couldn't stand living like this anymore or I'd end up killing myself (I'm -dead- serious). I couldn't keep on going, knowing that some girl was being cheated on, unaware of everything that was going on behind her back. I wanted to stop suffering and I wanted her to avoid finding out years later and suffering even more than I.
We had never really met more than 5 mins or spoken more than 3 words but I knew she didn't like me (she knew I was her bf's ex-fuck friend but of course she didn't know he was still having an affair with me). Anyways, after an incident in late August '07, she became suspicious and emailed me. I took this opportunity to empty my bag and tell her everything that was going on. I answered all her questions and told her everything (and probably more than) she wanted to know. I was very afraid of her reaction but being honest was my priority and I prefered to get physically hurt than continue living the way I was. I was incredibly surprised when one day, I got a reply where she said she understood what had happened and didn't hold a grudge agaisn't me. Time passed and we started writing more and more, read each other's ljs. As we got to know each other, we found out many similarities in our personalities. Eventually she asked me if we could meet, talk over a coffee or have lunch together. I was still a bit paranoid that she was going to poison my food and kill me haha... but deep down I wanted to meet her, make peace, have some sort of conclusion to the drama. :)
We had talked about meeting since fall 2007 but it wasn't until this day (Nov.27th 2008) that we met. I felt sooo happy and relieved to meet her. It meant ALOT. It was finally the end of a story I thought would never end. I had been trying to heal for a year, but meeting her was what I really needed to close this chapter of my life. I felt so good around her, we smiled, hugged and kissed. She even offered me a bag of candy! I felt she cared about me, I felt loved. Loved by someone who I once feared, someone who everyone thought was my enemy! How special is that? ♥ I feel so lucky to know someone like her. Someone who's capable of listening, understanding and forgiving even after being hurt like that.
♥ Thank you for giving me a chance Edith. ♥
♥ Even though we barely know each other in real life, you're someone I cherish very much. ♥

Fabesko collects everything Goldorak. She even had these stickers made that reads "Goldorak is my god". She seems like a cartoon super-hero maniac. You often see batman, spiderman and goldorak used in her artwork and she has many collectibles around the boutique/gallery. ^.^

While taking a little walk on St-Denis, Karine & I found this new asian store that sells ABSOLUTLY AWFUL, ITA-loli(Ita comes from the japanese word "itai" which means "outch" as in "so ugly my eyes are bleeding" lol.) DRESSES! I hope nobody buys this crap and then calls it "lolita"... o__O;
