Monday was like, the first day of proper sunshine we’ve had all week. This is The South! I was expecting sunshine, blue skies and birds a-singing, but it’s just full of broken promises.

Aside from that heartbreak, Freshers has been pretty much awesome! I’m thinking I probably should have come here a bit earlier to socialise a bit more, because most people already knew loads of folk and had made proper friends, and I’m still, mostly, in the ‘just-keep-talking-to-them-every-so-often-and-see-if-they’re-alright’ stage. There are some people I really really get on with though, a couple of them being Tom and Kerry, my flat mates, and the two Danny’s from downstairs - one of whom has just gotten a Joker tattoo that I half designed! *awe* There are another two guys that Tom brings along loads who are absolutely great, but they’re like me: they’re only really talkative to people they haven’t known in ages if they’ve got a drink in their hand because they’re so damn nervous, lol… but they’re the sweetest guys ever. Adam ‘Kruger’ Harris, a Scotsman who’s party trick is having a faux-epileptic fit on the floor and playing dead, and Jack Darcy Daniels - I’m not even kidding - who looks like a gorgeous mix of Richard Hammond and Adrian Brody. Can't go working too hard on that crush though. *facepalm*

First life drawing class was on Monday! It was... well, I got a face-full, I'll tell you that for nothing. Five second poses are not cool! In any sense of the word!

Can't think of anything else to write atm, as I'm a little distracted trying to be sociable... Will put up photos of the Bin Bag Ball and Freshers on facebook eventually, when my internet decides to work faster than a child snail miner. Ttfn!
