NOT AS MUCH AS HE PROBABLY SHOULD since he's too busy thinking "OH MAN OH MAN I HAVEN'T FUCKED THIS UP YET! 8D 8D 8D" So no not really. He does get embarrassed if she were to sort of strip him in public or something more focused on him though.

Is there a line Harley wouldn't cross when it came to tormenting/playing mind games with Lassiter?

Um. ... ... ... ... No. WELL MAYBE. We just haven't found it yet. She probably wouldn't do anything that involves outright lying, not out of any sense of morality but because she's kind of bad at it. Aaand now that she's being more aware of FEELINGS!!1! she wouldn't want to do anything that would really hurt him. Well, not on purpose.

What would be Lassiter's reaction if he found out Buzz thinks Harley is a hooker?

... everyone gets lost or dies in an accident immediately. Actually, Brenda and Buzz might make it quite a ways before drowning or something awful. Harley and Scott both wander off by the second day and are never seen again.

Blockhead (Rusted metal, leather, and a pop of pink bubblegum) for Harley.
Bengal (Skin musk with honey, peppers, clove, cinnamon bark and ginger) for Brenda.
F5 (Aloe, white musk, lime peel, fresh mint, seaspray, verbena and green tea) for Buzz.
..... maybe Doc Constantine (Sheer musk, cedar smoke, fir needle, black amber and leather) for Scott? Burritos and Nintendo aren't notes I can search for, so that's my best guess.
