Today - 144 :-(
Drinking lots of water and taken two senna this morning. Because of work and lunch etc I only plan to eat about a handful of baby spinach and a table spoon of humous today.
We are going out with friends on Friday for dinner and I don't know where yet so I am worrying that it wont have anything I will be happy to order on the menu. My plan for the weekend though is to fast again.
My aims for the next few weeks or for however long I can without interruptions is to fast at the weekends, drinking lots of water and green tea, and to consume no more that 400cal per day during the week and as soon as this exam is out of the way (2 days!) I will be back at the gym everyday, burning around 500. Not sure what outcomes i'm going to achieve but i'm hoping that ill get to 134 min and 124max. I'm hoping that because I have a minimum and max I want to achieve I wont get too down when I don't lose that much. (although max is never really max is it!! More is always better! ) i'm also going to keep a really strict food diary each day, something I haven't done for a few months but I have to be more strict again.
My obsession with the scales is back up and running and when i woke up and realised that I wouldn't weight myself today until after work I was filled with horror. So that is something that I need to start controlling again.
Hoping tomorrow will be 143 again.
