The local news reported last week that the DNA test results in the West Memphis Three case are finally coming in. The interview over the phone with Echols' lawyer can be found on their site. In a search today, I found another article where Davis says that it will come down more to arguments than DNA.
All I can say is that I sure as hell hope not, especially if the DNA has something new to show. It's aggravating how the attitude of the prosecutors has been over the last 14 years--from the announcement from Gitchell that they were guilty before they even went to trial to Davis saying that it will all come down to arguments, not DNA.
