I can't find those two fics: The first one is set just after 3.08 - Justin tells his mom that he's back with Brian and she then tells him about Brian coming to the hospital every night after the bashing. I've been looking through the memories here and skimmed through every other fic about that time, but it doesn't seem to be there and
