Brian and Justin deal with Joan Kinney's funeral and Brian starts therapy

I've read this a long time ago, so I'm not sure the details are all from the same fic.
Brian's mom dies and he and Justin have to make the funeral arrangements, along with Brian's sister.
I think it was a fairly long fic, and Brian started to see a therapist. Also, he and Justin had a special chair that they used when one of them was upset and wanted to talk.

EDIT: I think the funeral fic is Ding Dong, The Witch is Dead, by Jane2005. It has 7 parts dated March 30th, 2007, that can be found here.
The chair bit is probably from Why Not With Me by indigo556. I'll have to read both fics again to be sure.
