Hi guys. I'm looking for a story where Justin has been traveling and working as a photographer. Without Brian's knowledge, Gus and his moms have stayed in touch with and even visited Justin. I have been looking for this for over an hour... I feel I should know this. It's quite an old story, isn't it? The best place to probably really start your search is the "Justin hurt or down a well" tag. Good Luck... if you find it, please let us know! So I can stop the insanity too.

I have no idea what it is, but some more tags you could try are "b/j different professions," "b/j injured," "b/j surgery," and "b/j travel." While they seem like more of a long-shot because they're not specific to Justin, they have hundreds fewer posts under them than the oh so popular "justin hurt or down a well." (We do love to torture that poor boy, don't we?? lol)

In "Choices" by starlight Justin has been traveling the world as a photographer, although secretly working for the government. Justin ended in the hospital after helicopter crash; him and Gus were friends before Brian knew him. There are lots of similarities to your request, but no animals :)

Ugh, this is driving me nuts now, too. If I remember correctly Justin still talked to Gus, and he'd send flowers to Kinnetik every year on their anniversary. Brian flies to Africa when he finds out, I think.

Sorry for the delay in getting back, guys -- thanks so much for trying to help! malanna42, that's exactly the story I'm looking for! I'm slowly working my way through the 84zillion tags. Slow going as tags just encourage me to stop and read other stories! I'm hunting on my hard drive too, but I just can't come up with the correct words or phrases to find this particular story.
