Brian/Justin sick fic + Gus defending Brian

It's been a while!
I'm looking for a fic I read awhile ago. In it, Gus was telling the gang about his weekend spent with Brian and Justin - I think he was at the diner? - and he was saying how Brian looked after Justin because he was sick/had a nightmare (sorry - I'm a bit vague on the details).
It may have been called the asshole or something similar? Everyone was there, and they were all shocked about how sweet and protective Brian was over Justin. I think Melanie was angry that she had to pick Gus up early because Justin was unwell.
