Justin in a leg brace

Please help me find this fic. The only thing i remember is that Justin was in a full leg brace and he came into the loft and found Brian having sex with a trick in their bed. I think it was agreed no tricks in the loft because Justin was shocked and sat on the couch all night. The next day Brian felt guilty because Justin was in brace all night. I

There's a scene like that in If You Need Me by Myrna. It was in the B/J surgery tag. Someone had asked for fic where Brian was a bit meaner than in canon, in the sense that he pushes people to do their best or the like. I posted the link to "If You Need Me" as well.
