I think it's the Family Flaws Series by Tiff. You can find it in Aly's GIH 4-shared Mirror in the sidebar. The brainwashing part is in the same fic too.

Just a warning though, this fic is BRUTAL. I mean it's pretty intense with the rape stuff, like a rape scene in every chapter way and it's really really dark, like it's not even funny, so proceed with caution.

yeah, I couldn't handle it too. I skimmed through it, but after seeing all the rape stuff I just stopped reading. It was too much.:|
