Hi, I'm looking for a story where (I think) Daphne is a surrogate mother to Justin's child, she is not doing to well, she is hospitalized and at one point she dreams about having her own children with a attending doctor. Most of your description is from the wonderful 'Silent Night' by Elsa Rose Bryant aka Moonshadow Woman. Justin's friend, Max, is the birth mother of the babies, but the story does include the bits about Brian's computer-genius friends and Craig Taylor.
