Yeah, I thought the biggest "FUCK YOU" was the crystal versions of the four fiends as random encounters on the way to Kuja.

....I only managed to run into one of those, and I felt like Kuja and his pet deaththingy were fairly easy. But then Necron was like KER-GRAND CROSS and like three of my party members insta-deathed EXCEPT FOR DAGGER... who was inflicted with berserk. So I got to watch while she got slaughtered. I was like AUGH NO the entire time.

Daaamn that is some bad luck. Usually the trouble with Necron is not preventing status effects ... but Berserk is one of the ones that you can't prevent.

It took me another two tries to finish after that because Dagger kept getting berserk'd and I didn't know how to get rid of it so I couldn't heal my party fast enough h-hahaha orz
