I slipped down the stairs, landed a few feet from dad .. he never noticed until I got up and was checking out my ankle. That was around 7 hrs ago, a little swollen and bruised with a carpet burn so I'm ok.

dad is doing good, he's been making his lunch .. he remembers especially if he needs cookies .. his last shower was mainly only needing to be supervised, he remembered what to do.

Grateful but tired
