...but that doesn't mean she isn't going to give him a hard time.

I love the way you weave these awesome life-truths into your comic. I'm so interested in the story, but the characters and your observations have really hooked me. :)

Maybe it's just me... but maybe she's already turned that monk/bishop/priest guy she kissed in an earlier strip into a secret husband.

Wilder things have happened.

Does it strike anyone else that the story has been focused on Asher for a LONG time?

I'm sorry. I know it's probably gotten boring lately and I'm really quite ashamed of the last couple of weeks of comics - they're unneccesary and not funny, and while that describes most of this comic those ones were really not my best work.

We'll be seeing some other characters soon, I promise.

Well, they may not been as funny as the flying snakes, (geese, etc.) but I wouldn't call them boring or unfunny

Not boring at all! The magician has us watch her Left hand while the magic is done with her Right. ;-)

With the character buildup you've covered a lot of ground, and while it hasn't been a Joke-per-Day it has been interesting. And I can even see it all as necessary.

There will be the inevitable meeting of Father and Son, and all this may set the stage for that. Or not. (...is that maniacal laughter I hear?)
