Okay, so. CFUW 116 was my first time running a game like that, and attempting to have some sort of cohesive plot, so... Feedback on that? It'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well, you're someone who has played in kill games past, while I've thrown Akito into games with singing robots. Each person has their own flavor which is the beauty of being able to pick and choose which game you sign up for. My only concern is that lately the games have been built up so much that it might be intimidating for someone who has an idea for a game to go through with it because so much razzle dazzle has been added to something. People don't tend to have confidence when they walk into things, so I would like to make it easier for anyone to pick up the reigns and try their hand at the game without worrying of it being too simple. Again, this isn't directed at you alone, but this is a general trend that I've seen which should be noted.

As for the exploring, it seems like everyone else enjoyed it, so that's all that really matters! I'm just speaking on my past experience and what I took away from the game. Frankly, I don't like putting warnings on what I'm doing for fear of giving anything away, but if you had put out the PSA that dungeon crawling was going to be an integral part then you wouldn't have had as many people hanging back. . . Which I imagined caused you stress as a shepherd and moderator as you want everyone to be involved and having fun and enjoying this game that you put effort into!

And I am more than willing to help you out next time. ♥

And, since I think it needs to be said, we are completely cool over that slight goof with the first clue and safe sheep. It's a game, and it was a mistake. You were taking care of so much else that it's understandable that you lose track of something in the process.

Agreed, re: the game having been built up a bit too much. @_@

And thank you, really. I felt really bad, when I'd realized what I'd done, and how unfair that was to you.

I was pissed, but I got over it! I mean, I really could not blame you. I would have probably done much worse in your position.
