Help Japan advertising post part 2
okay everyone! the lightning round of offers over at help_japan has started today! cruise over there and post a fund raising offer or make a bid on existing offer! and, if you make a fund raising offer, come back over here and link us to it! in the effort of gathering interest, your offers need not be strictly fandom related in order to be listed here. (in fact, you don't even need to be part of this fandom! if your non-fandom friend/sibling/partner/etc has a listing, feel free to advertise that too!)
also, if anyone knows of a similar charity fund raising type community for the tornado victims in the southern United States right now, let me know. i want to do what i can there, too. there will be fannish and non-fannish offerings accepted over at helpthesouth in order to help raise funds for the recovery in the southern US after this recent string of devastating tornadoes and storms. when their offer system goes live, i'll make another of these posts for them, too.
