tired.
But it was sooo worth the drive.
T2 is at my grandmothers till the end of next week, and of course family dwama ensued...
Got to spend the afternoon evening with a few of my favorite people...had a great time sharing the process of making a wonderful soup that was oh so very yummy, ty Lee for cooking it, and Ninja for eating my mushrooms.
Spent quite a while talking over issues with Del...I feel much more grounded now.
I didn't leave till much later than I had planned, but I got home in good time with no traffic, and the lateness was worth it to have much needed time with people who "get me", even the weirdest parts.
Got home about 100ish this morning. J had the house almost pristine...so I helped him finish lugging the smaller bits of junk and trash that's been sitting around forever, and finished cleaning up the little odds and ends...and then we soaked in the tub and had some outstanding sex... the kind we've only had a couple times in the past few months.--I love winter...hot tub sex is soo wonderful...you get to concentrate on all the wonderful feelings, and not so much on who has to go where to avoid the sciatica arthritis and bad knee joints.
I was almost tempted when we went to bed to ask him how we would change if/when I got pregnant, and if in 5 years were all still the same in our situation, would he move with us when T retired. But something held my tongue, a feeling of deja vu... and instead we shared some more passionate lovins and then fell asleep with him holding me, which was a rare treat :-) ...
Much to be talked about amongst the housemates, much to be talked about with T... decisions to be made about life, and much learning to do, so I am off to motivate myself, but I just needed to get some of the happy recorded, since its been so unsteady in its availability lately.
