STEEL CUTTERS | A tool that looks a bit like a pair of foldable pliers. It can tear or strip away tank armor, or can be used to twist open a tank's hatch. The one Randel is always carrying is inscribed with "Marman-ccheda" ("hour of death" in Sanskrit).
