We have come full circle. 3 years ago my upstairs neighbor was clinically insane. I now have a new crazy. This is his first night here and he is already talking to himself and yelling threats to his neighbors. He is talking about bringing a chain gun here tomorrow and killing us all. He has been yelling that he has spent his life killing people. "slicing and dicing." I'm very excited to see how it all goes.
