I thought that keeping a journal would be a bit different. There's no restrictions on my words, but...I don't know, I just don't think there is a lot I really need to write down, not even when it was storming. And it's not like this things is too personal, anyway. Well, it can be private, but that's just not the impression I get, I guess.
Anyway, I think there are one or two things that could stand to be written down. The lower district reminds me of America's great cities. It's touching the sea and port - which should recover all of its commerce soon - but so many of the people are living in hard conditions. There are opportunities, too, but no one seems able to find them. Seeing as how much destruction there is, I think anyone could get a job cleaning up...
And, um, today is my birthday. Though I don't feel an eon old, there definitely has been enough days in these
years to convince me otherwise!

And that guy...Ughuh, I wonder how he is doing. Maybe if he knew America or UK better he'd be all right... Worried about him. Latvia and Estonia too, but I know Belarus has to be all right.
But then again he could be fine, even doing much better than me.
