Grrr, people are pissing me off today.

This dude calls to check on his order, which is on hold because we had questions. And he cops an attitude with me.

We gave you an item number, what's the problem?
The problem is that you gave us the WRONG item number, and we need to know what you want.

Can't you tell what kind of stove it's for from the previous order?
Sure, if I were psychic and knew which of your customers this was for and then looked up the previous order based on their name. Of course, then I would have just shipped the items to you without you needing to send in an order.

Why aren't you shipping this directly to the customer? You shipped the stove there.
Because your purchase order says to ship to you, and we aren't in the habit of changing shipping addresses according to our whim. If so, I'd have it shipped to a location 20 feet directly above your head and let gravity do the rest.

And finally, my favorite: Why didn't anyone call us to ask us this?
I've sent you two e-mails about it, which you didn't bother to respond to. Why should I call because you can't be bothered to check your e-mail? I work in a CALL CENTER and can't call out every single time some dumb fuck doesn't know what the hell he's doing. Because seriously, I had 7 orders yesterday with the EXACT same problem. Most of them were able to find the 'reply' button in their e-mail system and get back to me relatively quickly.

OK, we're done. Now where is the 'Rant Off' button on my system?
