Farewell, dear Intarwebz
I have keys to the new place. The landlord is over there now, doing some last minute cleaning and such. All my utilities are switched over, and I changed the billing address on my bank accounts and credit cards. Operation move-my-shit-three-blocks will commence in an hour or two. (It would probably go a little smoother if I could find my key to the basement, but whatever.)
I'm about to take my computer down, which means I will not have Internet access until at least Tuesday and probably a bit later in the week to have it in the apt. I will also be without phone for a while, though the phone will be the last thing I unplug before I leave here, so I will be reachable util the early evening. (And if anyone wants to stop by and help move, especially those of you with vehicles, give me a call. My dad will be over with his car but it's kind of sad and junky and I hate to make him drive it too too much.)
